It's been one hell of a week. I don't know if this was supposed to be my "Hell Week" at work or if it was just poor planning. If I was there for less than 10 hours, it was a "short" day. And the stress of it was making sleep a stranger. So, last night, I decided to give Melatonin a try, see if I could knock myself out. Guess what doesn't work for me! Should have gone with the bourbon.

@amberetta whatever the dose was. It was in a little bottle that was slightly larger than an energy shot bottle and was called "sleep water".

Lol that's why. My kids take the actual pills. My oldest son takes almost 10mg a night to fall asleep. The pills are better than other forms of melatonin. I used to take 15mg.
