This food thing is getting ridiculous.
A few days ago, on my new iphone, I found an app that lets you keep track of what you eat, calculates how much you should eat in order to lose weight at a healthy rate (1-2 lbs per week, max), calculates your calories burned during exercise based on your age and weight. All sorts of good stuff. So, I started inputting everything to see where I stand. I try not to fudge anything, but most of its stuff is listed for restaurants, and I don't eat out very often.
Anywho, according to this, I should be taking in about 2900 calories per day in order to lose 1 lb per week. Monday, I had a net calories (after exercise) count of 1291. Tuesday, a no-exercise day, I had 1554. Today, I'm two meals in, plus a snack, and I have a net total of 409 calories.
No wonder I'm freaking tired all the time
