So, I'm trying to decide if I should apply to go to China for the Fall Semester as a teacher/advisor to a group of students from my school. The details are kinda sketchy, but the job would mean I would teach 1 class to the students who come with me, and would somehow be in charge of the exchange program (which would include about 15 students).
I have no idea how this would work for me. The ad says that people at my level (adjuncts) are encouraged to apply, and that the school would pay my salary. But, I don't make a salary, I get paid by the class. And if I am only teaching 1 class, that ain't much.
I think I need to get more details.
