Kinda sad. It looks like I'm one of a dying breed. Sort of. I'm probably more moderate than I think I am. I just try to be a radical liberal to be cool

Wikipedia article on biblical hermeneutics This may be a good starting point. Hermeneutics is an analysis technique used in a number of disciplines, the specific aim is the understanding of text. It is very much in the tradition of poststructuralism (e.g. Derrida, Foucault, etc...).
