Guys my first set EVER got accepted into member review yesterday! :) I am so excited to share it with you guys!! I decided to name it "How Many Licks". I got the name from this super cute crop tank top I found online, with a firecracker Popsicle on it and it actually has the words "How Many Licks" written on it! It should be coming out just in time for Labor Day!
@zen helped me make this set come alive. My experience working with her was so much fun! I traveled to Arizona in May to attend a photofest, where her and @cygnet took so many photos of different and unique babes. This was also my very first photofest and I can honestly say I'm addicted now and need to attend them ALL! Zen gave me so much confidence during the shoot. I have not been behind the camera much, so I was a little nervous. I am from California originally so I am used to hot weather but the weather in Arizona took me by surprise lol! It was so hot shooting this set, the popsicle melted so quickly but luckily we were able to get some amazing shots with them :) Once we moved over to the pool, I was ready to be out there for another hour if needed! Zen was a warrior using her camera over the water just to get some shots of me lol. I was not originally planning on using the popsicle floaty but some of the girls and I went to target to grab some fruits and drinks and Trilla saw the floaty, so I thought it would be a cool addition.
I have always wanted to be a Suicide Girl but have never really decided to jump into it until this year. Now that I've started, I really wish I would have started a long time ago. I don't think I was ever confident enough to be in front of a camera. I would always avoid it or get super picky about the angles, but I am not letting me hold myself back anymore! The main reason I want to be a Suicide Girl is because its a beautiful badass community of confident unique women who support what others call "taboo" or "weird" . I have gained so much confidence just by being around these women, its unbelievable. I love that its not a "cookie cutter" community of women. Everyone is beautiful and different in their own way. Being naked on camera is also a lot of fun :P clothes are boring and the only fun thing about the clothes is that you can take them off! I also really love empowering other women to follow in their own footsteps and to embrace themselves rather than try to be like someone else.
Whether or not my set gets SOTD, I had SO MUCH fun doing it and meeting everyone. I plan to be here for a very long time ;)
