hmm - I don't know if worried is the right thing, but it sounds like she needs to ditch this guy. If she's not willing to do that - I'd bail. He sounds like trouble (not necessarily for you, but for her - you know the type of guy that might hurt her) but if she can't come to that conclusion on her own - there's not much you can do about it.
Hopefully she'll wise up and lose the guy - and then you can see what happens - but until she does that, i'd stay away - she may be into the over-protective thing and get a kick out of him threatening you.
