Once again, Team Australia scandalised a bunch of motorists while shooting sets somewhere we shouldn't be. The super foxy @harvest shot a set out on a country bridge with @exkyu as photographer and myself and @unicorn assisting with reflectors. In Australia, the light is SUPER intense which is why a whole lot of SG sets get shot indoors. Basically, in order to get away with doing a set outside in the sun, you need at least two people reflecting and someone with dark eyes that can resist the painful glare enough to not squint. We had two of those three things; @harvest has blue eyes. But she also has Raybans so she looks pretty damn cool in this photoset. Here's a teaser.
We had so much fun on that bridge, dancing around and singing the theme from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. I have no idea why, my weirdness just seems to come out a bit when I'm shooting. I got sunburned (yay, summer)! We had about three cars drive past while we were shooting. The first one was the funniest, a woman in a Subaru who covered her son's eyes with one hand and laughed as she drove past. Here's me and @unicorn dicking around:
Also, the set I shot in Melbourne is almost ready to go. Just waiting on one more of @exkyu's sets to be bought before we submit anything else.
I am in love with that set. I can't wait to show you more teasers. I might chuck some up on my private Patreon feed in a day or so.
Until then, there are three new sets you haven't seen yet that you absolutely HAVE to get in on immediately!
@aubreyx - Stairway to Heaven
@twitchling - La Joie du Boire
@soho_ - Better than You
All three are doing SO well already so make sure you go and like AND comment on them. They're from the first Melbourne Shootfest along with this and this and this and this. Phew! We've all been pretty busy so I hope you enjoy the fruits of our efforts.
I've had one or two messages about the shit going down in Sydney at the moment. I'm fine, so is my sister. Of course, I'm keeping both eyes on the news and hoping that everything is resolved peacefully. It's been a pretty harrowing morning. I was actually at Martin Place last week and commented on how I really don't like Lindt chocolate all that much and I'm surprised everyone is so into it. It's horrifying that this is happening so close to 'home'. I feel so bad for the poor people being held hostage. Lots of love to the poor people and their families, I'm confident the NSW Police will soon have the situation under control.
