Hey everyone!
The end of this month has been absolutely intense. So much has been going on! I'm heading interstate for the SG Australia Annual Party which is on THIS WEEKEND so I've been trying to wind things up as much as I can here so I can go away and not have to stress about home stuff and work stuff. I'd love to have a proper couple of days off without having to worry. I'll see how I go. My parents were supposed to visit me today and tomorrow but between work meetings, rental inspections, travel prep and actual paid employment there was going to be a couple of hours that I'd have spare for them :( I'm sad, my mum and dad are the best.
I've been busy with writing, I managed 30,000 words this month. My goal is to have one completed manuscript and one first draft completed by the end of the year. We'll see how I go. I've taken it pretty easy on the writing side of things over this last week. Once I reached my goal for September I felt like I could! But I want to keep going, I might do some more tonight. I really enjoy writing.
I got the new iPhone. I've had an iPhone 4 for about four years now (I got it the week that model was released) so it was definitely time for an upgrade. You can see by the pic at the top of this blog, it's camera is WAY better than my old one and I'm loving it for selfies. I also picked up a bluetooth keyboard that I can link to my tablet and my laptop AND my phone which is going to be good for writing on the go. So yes! Technology love all around!
I went to a flower festival with @unicorn and @exkyu and SBW over the Queen's Birthday long weekend so that was nice, here's me with the tulips. My hair matched some of the flowers, I should have found one exactly the same shade of purple but I'm a lazy butt.
The weekend before that, I was down in Sydney for some stuff. While I was there I got to meet up with my beloved @christina and that was great. I ate liver at an amazing Greek restaurant and it was pretty good! Looking forward to seeing her a bit more this weekend at the big party. Here we are being amazing:
I also did a really cool set of pinup photoshoots for gay marriage equality. As many of you know, you can't get married if you're a same sex couple in Australia. It's stupid and backwards so a series of shoots are being organised as a kind of protest and they'll be featured leading up to next year's mardi gras in Sydney. The concept and the shoots are all being managed by @misscherrybutton. My shoots were over two days. On day 1 I shot with Lady Medusa and we did a marriage themed shoot, a shopping together shoot and a beach 'date' shoot. This is us after the beach one:
The next day, we did a big picnic shoot with a whole lot of the girls that are participating in the project. When the photos are published, I'll be sure to blog about it. It's a really cool concept and I'm sure they'll be all over the place.
I also got the chance to meet and work with @_kettle who is a doll. The set is submitted and in the queue for early next year I think. She's going off on amazing adventures in Africa between now and then, but here's a little preview for you. I'm sure the photographer; @exkyu has blogged a few more teaser pics too if you want to see more.
Also @exkyu has flown through his registration process and will be a real REGISTERED Architect within the next month or so! Congratulations old fart, you did good!

Speaking of blue eyed people going overseas, go check out @pebblezink's new set in MR. She's in Europe at the moment, so I'm not sure how much she's been able to blog, so you may have missed it. Go look! It was shot in my living room on my couch and she looks fucking amazing. There are a couple more Pebblez sets in the queue so you're in for a treat over the next few months with her. Also, @harvest has had her first MR set released. This one was shot in my living room too, but on the other side! You're going to be able to draw a map of my house at this rate. This is the first shoot Harvest has done for the site and it turned out really nice. She was a great model and she's got some beautiful tattoos. Plus boobs yay!
I think I'm going to shoot again while I'm away at the Party. But please, go check out my set Secret Garden which is *still* sitting in Member Review. I'm a little pissed about it still, it's got more than enough love to go front page. I'll be deleting it if it's not picked up soon. It's my favourite set of me of all time, so it's a bit of a shame. Shit happens, though. There are so many girls competing for a very small chance at hitting front page and I get that.

In the meantime, I'm going to be away partying my ass off with sexy babes all over the place! I'm assisting with shoots for SG for @emmameow, @opheliacreep and @ainslie and meeting up with some other friends so I'll have loads of behind the scenes pics for you next blog.
