I'm really getting into interior decor lately. I seem to like the old fashioned australian country style and the shabby chic style (but more shabby than chic... I dont really like over the top girly decor). I think my fascination with abandoned buildings has influenced me a lot too.

I'm like a bowerbird, I love to collect pretty things. I have a folder on my desktop called 'house' and one called 'pretty things'. The pretty things one is mostly full of stuff off here. The house one is full of stuff like this...





















I can't wait till I'm finally freed from this stupid degree and I can start this stuff. I worry what this nesting desire is a precursor to... because I apparently have a career I have to attend to first. Who the hell DESIGNED this society?!
