I haven't updated in a while. Sorry for that. I was going to ver Thanksgiving break. Then I learned that my modem was dead and I have to replace it. So I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I went over to the grandarents early and helped my grandma cooked. I realized I'm awesome at making sweet potato casserole. Itwas AWESOME!
I have one week left of classes and then finals start. I'm really excited for winter break. I'll be going home on the 12 and my grandparents, mom, and I will be having our Christmas on the 14. We will have breakfast together which will consist of breakfast casserole, potatoes, chocolate milk, and English muffins. The breakfast casserole has to chill over night so I will go the night before and help my grandma make it. Plus I'll go extra early and help her cook breakfast. She's teaching me how to cook and it also gives me quality time with her and makes things easier on her. She's still going like she's 30, but she is geting up there. She just turned 65. On the 20 I'll be going to Chicago to have Christmas with my boy and then I'll be in Cincinnati again on the second and on the fourth I head bac down to school to begin winter semester.
I scheduled my classes. I have Perspectives on Literature, abnormal psychology, Greek II, and motivation and emotion. I'm really excited that I got into two psychology classes. I am officially declared a psych major. For our May term I am taking American Gothic, which is a class that studies all authors that were considered derranged, such as Edgar Allan Poe, Faulkner, and many others. It's going to be a good class. I'm stoked.
I did some portfolio work a couple weaks ago. Photos compliment of Grace Prater from Grace Prater Photography
I'm not sure why my piercings are photoshipped out of that second picture, but I love them both. I should have the rest of the images on Thursday. Also on Thursday I am suppsed to shoot a set nd miss Lainey will be joining me! I am so excited to see this chick. I haven't been able to hang out with her in MONTHS!! We're going to go to the shoot, eat a huge dinner (probably cheeseburgers) and then have some quality girls time. I can't wait to see her!!
My mom's birthday was on Wednesday. She is now 42-years-old. I surprised her for her birthday. She didn't think I was coming back until Thanksgiving, but I surprised her at work. I brought her a bunch of my school's paraphenalia and three roses, one red, one white, and one yellow. I had to have one of the ladies on the phones detain her so I could catch her before lunch! She was so happy to see me. I love my mommy.
Over break I just watched TV, and cuddled with my dog. I missed him so much My neighbor also let me borrow a book that her fiance gave her for her birthday. I didn't get to finish reading it, but it is called I Hope they Serve Beer in Hell. It is an extremely easy read, but it is hilarious! I could not stop laughing. I suggest it to anyone that wants a quick read and something really funny to read. It is basically this guy telling stories of his drunken stories in college and grad school, which doesn't sound that great, but it will make you cry because you're laughing so hard. Again it is I Hope they Serve Beer in Hell by Tucker Max.
So how was everyone's Thanksgiving?!

That sounds like a really great early Christmas, I hope it all turns out amazing, my grandmother is like 89 and she still cooks and cleans, my uncle lives with her so they take care of one another, so if your grandmother is happy and health and has stuff to live for she could live many, many, many more years.
That is great, I'm glad you got into your major and got some classes for it. wow that sounds like a really great class, I wish I would have taken a class like that.
You look really pretty in both of the photos.
I hope the photo shoot goes well, I can't wait to see it.
That was really great of you, I'm glad you could make your mom so happy on her birthday.
Sounds like a funny book, I may have to try to read that some time.
It was ok, we had a house full of people and the food was pretty good
Glad yours went well lady.
