So, today is only Thursday? Seems like I've already put in a full week. Working yesterday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM may have something to do with that. I obtained approval for a new project at Planning and Zoning last night . . 7/0 vote . . clean sweep. Cool! Now I go on to City Council probably in August for my final approvals. Then another five to six months of permitting, and we might actually build the damn thing! I've currently got 6 building projects in the hopper . . plus I'm responsible for all the financing, as well as the contracts and Leases. No shortage of work here!
