I've had insomnia my whole life, and I never really get used to it. I was up all Sunday and Monday after receiving about two or 3 full hours of interrupted sleep (I never sleep longer than that without waking up several times) on Saturday. Went to school and came home at 2PM and cancelled my appointments cuz I was a bit loopy. Then I finally fell asleep Tuesday morning around 6AM, got up at 9AM and ate and went to school and came home early. Stayed up all Tuesday doing laundry and cleaning house, watched "The Man With Two Brains", tried to read for a while but just wasn't into it, and now it is Wednesday and I'm still fuggin awake .
Now I gotta be at school in 3 hours and my eyes are crossing I can barely see the computer screen right now and it will be a miracle if I spell anything correctly.
I can't let myself take a nap today or else it's a guarantee I'll be up all tonight too.
Anyone else an insomniac out there in SG land who has any non drug ideas to help one sleep? I've tried alot of things and most of them do nothing once my brain goes into overload.
I think I'll cook some eggiweggs
BTW---HAPPY 4 -2-ZERO

i've done salvia twice. the first time was fun. i just laughed my ass off and thought i had turned into a cartoon. the second, i did the stronger stuff and had a complete blackout. there's a site that has a video of a woman doing it. i'll find it for you.
