hey check it out! i've been ripped off!!
on the left is a tattoo that i did 5 or 6 years years ago. on the right is a bobble head doll made by some company that i found by accident. this was all brought to my attention about a year ago, but i was recently reminded of it, so now i'm pissed again.
now on one hand i'm a little flattered that some douche-bag company liked my design enough to mass produce it as a bobbler, but on the other, well....you know, it sucks. it would have been nice if they asked permission, or even offered me some dough, that would have been nice.
legally, i don't know what i can do. that tattoo was printed in a few magazines and is also on my website, so although i never copyrighted it, i can prove i created it long before the toy hit the market.
meh.

I'm thinking basically a straight repro of the image I linked to you here. Same size, keep the ultra details to a minimum, maybe in a shade of blue to make it look like it was done in pen. A good space on me is on my right ankle under the Starfire tattoo. Sound good?
