MANSLAUGHTER, INVOLUNTARY - In order for a person to be found guilty of involuntary manslaughter the government must prove that someone was killed as a result of an act by the person;
Second, in the circumstances existing at the time, the person's act either was by its nature dangerous to human life or was done with reckless disregard for human life; and
Third, the person either knew that such conduct was a threat to the lives of others or knew of circumstances that would reasonably cause the person to foresee that such conduct might be a threat to the lives of others.

[/Rant] resume journal
*foot still in a cast
my 1 or 2 week stay in Chicago turned into a 1 or 2 month stay
*Foot feels all better
* I will still be here next weekend so I will probably get to see Ap0cAlYpSe_Me0w and Vectrexxx when they come in for the stones concert. Probably the only good thing about being stuck here.
* When I move to Colorado I will be living with my brother in Longmont which is in the middle of Denver, Boulder, and Fort Colins.
*Anyone know any of the SGColorado People???
* The amount of people who have said something along the lines of "better alert the authorities in Colorado that you are comming" is surprisingly high considering that the worst thing I have been in trouble with the law for has been a few underage drinking tickets. Guess I am just a smoooth criminal
* I will be taking up MotorX next summer. I will buy myself a bike for my next birthday.
* I can't wait to be snowboarding down the mountains. It has been way to long. Snowboarding calms my soul, which is something I have been missing.
Have a good Labor Day. Hope you don't have to work.
