I tried to do the whole vegan thing over the winter. It even worked well for a while. You would be surprised how healthy you feel after just a week without eating meat. I made the decision for health reasons. Now that the warm weather is here again I have started to eat meat again, but still no milk and I try not to eat cheeese, but it is so yummy.

Friday we are going to fire up the grill for the first time all year and I will eat a steak for the first time in over 4 months. If you are in the area feel free to stop by, I hate to waste good coals.

I have found that when dealing with authority figures the best way to get what you want is to act really really dumb. If you try to reason with them by using simple logic they will more often than not become angry, but if you stair blindly into space like a rertarded 3 year old they will feel sympathy and help you rather then punnish you. Authority figures like to feel smarter than others and will help out someone that they feel is inferior because it gives them a special feeling in the cockles of their hearts, maybe below the cockles, maybe in the subcockle area, maybe in the liver, maybe in the kidneys, maybe even in the colin, I don't know.
