I found this little guy flopping around outside. I cant tell if he's just in shock or has a broken neck. I'm waiting on some Animal Rescue folks to hit me back...

Sorry I have not been around in the last month, I was busy buying a house, moving, unpacking and buying furniture off of craigslist.
