There was this ad on Pay TV the other night about land mines. It really upset me to the point of tears. I'm not just visually sensitive, but aurally as well. It shows a bunch of kid's socks disappearing from the washing and clothesline. But when they disappear, the sound of land mines going off and children screaming and crying is played. It's just fucking horrible.

Ok commenting on your last blog because I didn't get in in time..yay I too started to buy buy buy when the USD declined..this was about 8 months ago yes I have made more purchases since..it was the perfect excuse (in my mind) unfortunately I am not in a position to use the opportunity right now or my bidding finger would have blisters. Your purchases sound wonderful..oh I even though you say you didn't have your thoughts together re the issue, I liked what you said..I sway from side to side on this issue but just know what my initial reponse was..and know why so probably can't say more..I do agree with what you said..sorry if this brings it up again..umm..

Your night sounds fun..I am a little scared of those sort of places..would I have enjoyed myself, unsure? Oo, I haven't been horseriding for years and years..I think you definitely need to go back and get the echidna..you have to remember it was once alive (umm..I mean..yes you saw it dead but..umm I will give up on that one)..yup I want to see photos..too (umm not of the rotting flesh stuff though) and then you can name it and it will be happy..*sigh*

I am applying for a job as a weed officer (sounds exciting doesn't it) ..hmm I don't really have the experience they need.. I stretched it though I didn't lie, I couldn't. I am just relieved that I managed to put in the application..I will try not think about it now..there is another job I should apply for but applications are due on friday and I haven't started..hmm may have left it too late..OR I could start now..OR I could go to bed

Thanks re thought rays..I am sure they will get them though I don't expect to hear anything for quite awhile..suits me I am not desperately looking for another job.

Oh and re interview..I have never been in a 'real' interview..by a panel so I think I will prepare, lots ..oh that is if I actually get to that point

Well, we found good homes for our two doggies, but no takers on our cat yet. He doesn't really have a selling point. It's a bit like "Hey, does anybody want to feed a cat for about five or six years until he dies?"

I will really miss my pond most of all, but I promise to post lots of photos of the ocean!

I should tell you when i say vegetarian cheese i mean non animal rennet cheese,not that soy stuff, in which case there are a few varieties i get,woolworths select vintage is nice,nimbin chedder and some timboon varieties are good..i will endevor to source out some links for you when i have had a sleep..okie dokie

Yah I think Jedda is Blue Cattle Dog cross other things...she looks depressed all of the time and is scared of feet!
