finally...a day when its NOT 95 degrees outside. and everyone (atleast i hope everyone) didn't have to go to work today. so their all walking around outside with smiles on their faces because they weren't slaved today! why can't everyday be like this??
i finally made the jump and took my longest day ride by myself today. it was only (just over) two hours but with not many friends to ride with, roadtrips just aren't as much fun by yourself. i went over Mount Hood on some amazing roads with gorgeous views all around you. it was a great ice breaker. ever since my pops crashed on a summer road trip we went on with some friends, its been a soft spot for me. i'm just now creeping into the comfortable zone with taking long trips on the motorcycle by myself. i know there are always chances that your going to crash, but its even worse when your by yourself and witnessing what my dad went through makes me realize how important it is to be safe.
it made me cringe a little when i saw people on cruisers wearing sleeveless tee's. if my dad wasn't wearing leathers when he crashed, he would've lost the first layer of skin.
alright, maybe i'm exagerrating....a little. but com'on!!.....don't even get me started on people who don't wear helmets. dumb.

As lame or unbeleivable as it may sound, I try to respect the models on this site as much as possible. But I think the tags were a bad idea because some of them are very disrespectful.
