Thank you to everyone who wished my ear better!
The pain and swelling is gone, but whenever I move my head I can hear a liquid in my right ear swish around. It's kinda annoying, but definately bearable. If I head banged, I bet I'd be able to hear the ocean.
On Monday Nate and I visited a new-ish sushi place in the arena district called Tyfoon, because we heard that they had fantastic sushi and drink specials. Apparently, they do, but they end at 9 and we arrived at 8:58pm.
Even though we missed the sushi special, the drinks were still half off (my grape martini tasted like kool-aid, Nate's Guiness probably tasted like Guiness) and we sat on the Pier One-asian-type decorated patio that overlooked the painted wall of the Blues Station bar and a parking lot.
We got to watch many hoochied-up (tiny jean skirts, jewel-toned generic titti-tanks, sparkly purses. Yeah, I'm hating) young ladies walk by en-route to the meat market next-door known as Brothers (at this bar, young professionals and campustramps just stand around looking for someone to fuck. More so than any other bar I've ever been to). Good dinner entertainment, I tell ya, critiquing stranger's outfits.
Anyway, Nate's Chicken Pad Thai was good. My Spicy Red Pepper Portabella Pasta had 2 problems though. It was quite bland (I added hot sauce) and seemed to have more Porcini than Portabella in it. It was still pretty ok though. We're going back next Monday early enough to catch the sushi special.
So, the Columbus SG meet at Outland is this Saturday, but unfortunately I'm not going to make it, as I have to work both Saturday and Sunday. I do, however, have Friday off, and I THINK (not positive on this) that Nate and I are going to that WCBE ( Columbus' NPR) Music Benefit
Find out more here , apparently you just buy a wristband at Skully's after 7pm then you're free to venue-hop for a mere 20$ total. I want to see the Squares at Little Brothers and The Floorwalkers at Ruby Tuesdays.
Tonight we may go to Dick's Den to see Tim Easton. I don't know, maybe not. We could walk there.
All I seem to listen to lately is americana, alt-country and alt-folk. I read somewhere once that there was a survey that showed country music listeners were more likely to commit suicide than any other music genre listener. Huh.
Oh! And Nate brought home V for Vendetta, which is a great movie. One of those films that you wish everyone else would watch too. Nate kept pointing out digs at GDub in the movie to me, such as when the reporter was said to blink a lot when she knew the news was not the truth. Apparently during his "mission accomplished" speech, GDub blinked a lot. I don't know, but it's a thought provoking movie none the less.
Anyway...I'm going to stop typing now as I could go on and on foreva with my babbling.
In other news, I'm still trying to find a photographer for my SG set. I'd prefer a girl 'cause I think I'd be more comfortable, but I'm probably going to e-mail some staff members and see who they recommend. I'm so impatient!
Hopefully I'll get this set thing done soon. Not that ya'll wanna see my titties anyway, eew, that would be gross, huh.

we've all got a bit of juggalo in us and i believe that after meeting these people. going to cleveland was totally worth it. an icp concert should be a riot in the first place. we drove all the way to cinci for a backyard wrestling match. it was fun. so what do you think of the video by the way?
