Longboarding is the next best thing to snowboarding, and since it's June it will have to do. Went on a solstice picnic at 10pm on Nose Hill on Tuesday night. It was excellent, beautiful moon. Six weeks until Argentina now, can't wait, it will be awesome.

Snowboarding will be over in a week, only three days left, but I met my goal of 60 days riding this year (and there will be another 8 days in Argentina this summer).

We got a new puppy, he's adorable.

Well it's started snowing again. Badly needed. Still two months of riding left and then there's Argentina in the summer! Woohoo!

big powder dump this past weekend, so incredibly fun. Almost too tired to write in my journal. Best of luck to sweetbean and her new set, I'm sure Missy will LOVE it.

Just another 5 crappy work days until we can go snowboarding again. WOOHOO!

All my friends are nearly gone. Only Sweetbean remains, where have the others gone? Off to new brighter pastures? Or have they been kidnapped by secret US government agents for nefarious secret indoctination into a cannibalistic cult that worships Heather Locklear (my god isn't she like 100? - proof once and for all that the living dead walk among us!)

Another update. I'm pretty boring in the winter actually, all I ever do is work and go snowboarding, and sit around at work wishing I was snowboarding. ( I never sit on the chairlift wishing I was at work though )

It's been super cold lately, I actually got a touch of frostbite on my nose on Saturday.

so you want an update eh?
well, pretty much it's time for snowboarding, and Christmas.

I have to work three more days and then I'm snowboarding for the rest of december! Can't wait.

Well, holy crap. Just got back into town and now Costa Rica on Friday!! What could be better? And it's snowing!! And when we get back from Costa Rica snowboarding season starts!!! Lake Louise is supposed to open on the 6th of November!

Life is so fucking great! seriously...
