Well that's going to be the first and last time I load a journal entry with political opinion. Didn't really garner the interest I thought it might, but whatever. It was a bit of a rant anyway.
Was at Lick tonight for the Shift Tuesdays one year anniversary. Funny, each time I go out on a quassi official SG thing it seems to end at Lick. Not a terrible place (Osiris was topless when she served my G&T :-) ), but I sure do miss the Luvafair.
Elwood409 was doing a piercing demo, and Herakles and his fire troupe did a little toasty number as well. The fun really happened when the fire made it to the alley outside of Lick.
I was hoping for better shots tonight, but I guess under the circumstances (fairly busy club with less than desirable lighting), and the limitations of my little A85 Canon, it's the best that was possible.
So here you go.
Tomorrow there will be a fun entry from me about how I often find myself in a bad 70's/80's porn plot situation. My being a home renovator seems to have it's perks, well sorta...
