In a pan : 2 tb. sp. Minced garlic (FRESH)
4 tb. sp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tb. sp fine chopped Italian parsely
1 ts. sp salt
2 ts. sp pepperoncino (chillies and cayen pepper ground)

saute 20 seconds on high heat, then toss in spaghettini for one...

tasty, quick, easy.
