Today has been cool. Awakened by Enzo at the side of the bed doing his irressitable tail/bum wag. Never totally in my face per say, but just enough to say.....HEY DAD, I THINK IT'S TIME TO START OUT DAY.
Chatted with pica_pica and girl in bed (laptops are great!) before I ventured to my kitchen to make some black water. Took the dogs out for a bit, and then went into the workshop to create this...
It's cool effect I do with a sanding wheel on a grinder. Sorta reminds me of the H.R. Giger art of years gone by. The pictures do absolutley no justice for how mutiple light sorces adn head movement makes this surface come to life. Not bad for 4 hours and a bit of metal and laquer.
Last night girl, pica_pica and I went for drinks to the railway. I'd never met him before and it was very cool. The man's got lots to say, none of which is boring or invalid. COOL CHAP!
Well, I really don't have anything profound to say today. I'm really looking forward to the xmas party. And art show this weekend.
I'm thinking I might try to make it a bit of an event....but we'll see.
