12 days not smoking I had 5 drinks last night and didint even need a smoke really happy

Hey. Just saw your post in SGAU and wondered if you had your spinal fusion yet?

I take 200mg Tramadol twice daily, Celebrex 300mg once daily and 2 x Panadol Osteo three times daily for my lower back pain (L4,L4,S1). A fusion has been suggested. How are you coping?
