so after about 4-5 hours of sleep, i wake up and my mind is racing and i can't get back to sleep.
i wonder if this is a normal thing? like i heard adults dont need as much sleep. maybe i'm an adult now.
or maybe its just stress. or odd sleeping schedules. i dunno.
maybe its not a big deal; i'm just personally used to getting closer to 7 hours of sleep, or 9 on the weekends.
all i know is that depression is waaay cooler when you can just sleep the shit away.
i kid. actually if i can get used to the burning eye feeling of sleep deprivation, i could get used to this. much more time to be productive. but also, there's that feeling that at any moment i might stop whatever i'm doing and crash.
