I'm home! I am thinking of ordering a pizza...I am all by myself in this house, and I am starving.
So I didn't get to see as much of NY as I would have liked. Only got to go in once for a couple of hours. Thanks to draytonx for being an awesome host. Tibetan food is yummy.
I am so inspired to work on my music again though. It is wonderful to be inspired again. Working in a studio every night of the week is wonderful. I need to get more of the things I have written recorded. That way I can finish them up and release it. I didn't get to do enough with my stuff while I was in CT, my friend focused more on his tracks...I think his tracks are way better written than mine pop-music wise, but I think I am a lot more bankable as an artist. *shrug* what canya do? I also think he maybe thinks I am going to be more capable of going the commercial route than I actually am. I am not against commerciality, I just write and appreciate music that doesn't always sell millions...ya know? My stuff sounds more like VAST than Evanescence (puke).
Anyways, so dude and I had plenty of talks/discussions/arguments/silent treatment sessions and I think there was progress made...haha. Not in a condescending way...he just needs a serious lesson in being considerate. And he seems to be getting it. YAY!
Anyways...
I just got a phone call. Gotta run.

want to play on a demo track or two?
I'm glad CT went well for you! Sounds like your music career is about to take off which is awesome. Do you want to meet up at IB tomorrow? I'd love to talk in person. By the way--I met up w/ our boy McG there Sat. and had a blast! You were missed. Later babe, K
