For those of you who don't know, it is a line from the Academy Award winning 1999 film, "American Beauty" directed by Sam Mendes.
So in that vein, I have joined a gym today. I plan to work hard, keep to my diet, follow the rules, and actually do it all. I have been lazy and single long enough and it's time to bring my sexy back. It's not even about getting laid, although I am sure it will help. I really do need to start eating better and spending more time focusing on my fitness.
So this will be an awfully big adventure for this humble film geek... So here are my before shots with no tummy pulling. Let's transform!
