Hello All,
Well I got some very band news...I owe a bunch of back taxes! The best part is I have no way to pay them, and will have to take the lovely payment/penality plan offered by the IRS. To compound the matter the amount I owe is very similar to the amount I got back for the year in question. So, why on earth didn't the Bastard at the IRS keep the refund and wait 'til now?
