Hello everyone,
So, I have met and been dating an new woman...She is 35, employed, educated, fun, friendly, curvy, cute, and best of all, has a wonderful personality. I am really wondering what she sees in me, but I am not going to question it, and just run with this as long as I can. Damn I love dating above me.
So our first date was to the Bastille festival here in PDX, and that wend well, with us going to have Belgian beer at a place called Higgins, which was a rousing success. So, we planned to spend the next Friday at the International Brewers Festival, and that went off perfectly. The night ended with a nice long slow kiss, and a commitment to go to a concert the next night. The show as the Decemberists at Edgefield Manor, my hopes were high, as they typically put on a pretty good show. We started things off at a restaurant, and then went to the venue. The music sucked (the Decemberists set was a vomitous pile of crap), the beer lines were miles long, and the date totally stressed me out. Needless to say she was jumping from my car before it even came to a stop! So, I just sent her a nice apology email, and I hope we can go out again. Really I don't think that this little set back is all that major, it just leaves a question mark, where there should be an exclamation point.
Wish me luck.
