One comment on my set attempt suggested that perhaps it was lack of theme that contributed to my set not being accepted.
True, stronger theme and props would have made for a more interesting set and may have been just what I needed to get my foot in the door. However, I have seen plenty, PLENTY, of first sets lacking in theme or just some girl getting naked somewhere in her house (most often the bedroom). Not only are they in the same setting, many of them have very poor picture quality (blurry, grainy, etc.) and bad cropping decisions (i.e. here's the mess I keep under my bed, or, theres my stack of CDs).
I would not be so bitter about my set being rejected, (as I know I can do better and there are many sets far more well planned than mine) but I really have seen a lot of first sets that I feel were no better, if even as good as mine.
I am not trying to be mean or discourage any of the girls on here I am just damn frustrated! FRUSTRATED I SAY!
If you have not yet had a chance to see my attempted set, have a look and let me know what you think.
