ok well my hair didn't turn out the way I wanted. It turned out...green

but I still like it, just looks odd in photos I guess IDK. We didn't bleach it instead with lightened it or something then when we added the blue, (look at picture) this is what it became. Anybody know a way to dye your hair blue or green don't care, WITHOUT BLEACH?
I think it looks better in person.
