You know, I dont really think blogging is for me. This is the second time I've tried to keep a blog updated and failed. I am updating my training diary though (not yet public), making at least a short note of how far and slowly I'm running on the days that i do, so maybe thats a start.

I used to do lots of running, but now I am an indoor gym user, weights and aerobics. However, I do spend some time on the treadmill, so I may swing by the runners group.
ps I like you choice of SGs.
There are still way more SGs on the site whose sets I've not looked at yet, I'm just not keeping up. I should follow your example and check out the other peoples faves.
