Once again...
I'm going to try to lose weight. I don't know what to do to keep motivated (it's so hard in this house). Everyone in my family eats like pigs, we all eat horrible food, I barely ever leave the house except to party on weekends. Riding my bike has been difficult because I've got a really bad ear infection in both ears and the wind just makes it ache for hours afterwards.
Here are things I know motivate me:
-Pictures of girls who look the way I wish I looked
-Dancing movies
-Commercials about people who love to exercise
-The SG weight loss group, where everyone is losing ten pounds a month
Anyways, I don't know what to do exactly... There's no way I'll ever convince my family to change their diet too. So I'll have to disassociate even more by making my own food and staying away form them when they're having dinner.
I've also got to get myself to enjoy working out. Otherwise it's no good... Well I'm gonna go for now.
