complicity

Mornin' Today i shall mostly be.... looking for a flat, 3 double rooms, nice kitchen, a decent shower (these things are vital) 3 car parking and in a perfect world it would have a small garden space, so i can sit and read outside without to much maintainance being required, and access to the roof (or a balcony) as i think i've mentioned before the potential for roof based drunkeness is an oft overlooked factor in flat hunting! To be honest though, the way it's going i'll be happy if it's just GOT a roof! Ah well off to see one later and a couple on friday so we'll see.
