i shot some revolvers on saturday, which ruled. a .22 magnum, a .38 special and the .44 [the clint eastwood gun!! or, as the guy behind the counter was keen on pointing out, "a man's gun"].
the .22 felt like a bb gun, but i hear that this gun is the darling of the mob, which earns it an honorable mention. the .44 puked hot lava all over my hand and the recoil might have taken my wrist off had i not been following badassgun-holding procedures. the shock from the blast broke the light bulb in our lane within the first few shots. we could tell the paper we were shooting was suffering greatly. you could probably see through a person shot by this gun. *BAD ASS*.
the .38 special is a perfect gun.
but to clarify, all of this was like operating machinery in a controlled environment.. i'm not so into guns. only double agent spies and intriguing assassins should be allowed to carry them.
though i hope i can convince my friends to give me that poster i was shooting..
