Weight Loss??? You really dont appear to need to loose any weight... My advice, which has been working really well for me the last month is - make sure you eat breakfast within 45-1 hour of waking up, and eat healthier. I have been doing 3-5 days a week @ the gym for the last month, hopefully Ill be rockin by summer. Im shy about 10lbs now, and im not killing myself. 30-1 hour of cardio 3 days a week would be your best bet.
