ok heres what happend.. theres a lady that apparently were not supposed to call, and i didnt know that, so i called her.. and she bitched me out over the phone for like five minutes about how shes not supposed to be called, and shes really upset and that she had a talk with the manager and this WASNT supposed to happen. and i appologized two times and said it wouldnt happen again.. ( i worked with clint, and also, her books had been there for about a month and i was just trying to be nice) then, she calls back and wants to talk to the manager, i told her he was gone and i was MOD and she stated she wanted to talk to the MOD, i told her that was me, and, she laid into me again.. and i was like, (omg) and i told her again, that i was sorry and when she continued, i stated i had already apologized and i told her i would talk to everyone in the store not to call her..and then she kept on.. she stated again how pissed off she was and then hung up on me.. and i called gary and chad and there like, wtf? you didnt know and i was like I know! so, shes supposed to be here Saturday and Gary hopes that shes going to come in when hes there because hes really mad..

also, you know when its at least 15 mins. till close, and people walk in you ask them if they need help and if they say no your like ok, well were closing in about X amount of time let me know if i can help you? This lady and her kid walked in at 8:52 and i asked if she needed any help and she said no and then i stated, ok, well were closing in about 10 mins so if you need anything just let one of us know. and she glared this evil look from hell look and stated that they would be out in 10 mins. (her husband or bf or something had been looking at mags about 10 mins. b4 she walked in) he tears around and yells at her that its time to go, and she was like you done and he said "yea i dont want to deal with this closing bullshit" and she turned and looked at me and then while she was walking out said that I was really rude to tell her we were closing.. ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!

i swear yesterday was be rude to lisa day, cause clint, craig and i just stood there and looked while they walked about.. i didnt understand what i did. clint said it was jerk day.

then i was closing, and we were 20 bucks short so i had to call gary back and i sounded like i was going to cry because i was so frustrated and he asked me what happend and i told him about the people at the end of the day and that we were 20 bucks short..

then we got out late cause clint and i cant count.. so i went to the gym to let off some steam.. >_<

ug.. i hate people..
