how you been?
making a weekly program can do wonders. try to divied it in mondays wednesdays and frydays, that way your body will have time to recover. the program i send you it's like that.
and has good advice. maybe you have all your days full with classes and stuf. sometimes we have to sacrifice something, maybe geting up an hour earlier, even though we like to sleep or not going out with friends, but if you have homework or asingments, do them and do just stretchig exercises.
a way to motivate yourself is just think that you allready have the body and the waight you whant. and not leting any contradicting thoughts get into you.. like.. "i need to lose waight" or "this food is so bad" your mind controls your body, so if you focus on your perfect body and weitght you'll get to it in no time
