so i worked out this morning at 4.. it was so nice.. i feel so good.. ive lost like 5 pounds.. kickin!! yay!!!

i my self am a bit loco, i go to paly hockey...ice hockey at 6:00am 5 timea a weeek and do off ice traning 2 to 4 days a week... now i think i'm going to increment that to 5 to 7 days 'case we are in the final.. and the game is in one month so i wanna be very sharp!
