wow, can't believe its been almost 2 weeks since I was "really" on the site. Let's see... Gaming again, Vampire the Masquerade every other Sunday at a friend's house. Missed another friend's attempt last night in getting a game of "Gurps" going. I've never played that one, just heard about it. Wednesdays are hard on me, have to try get him to move the game night to Friday or Saturday.
Started eating right. I would almost call what I'm doing a diet, except I haven't started exercising yet. I read about something called "Volumetrics" in US News and World Report that makes a lot of sense. Its supposed to be one of those "eat all you want and still lose weight" ideas, but I'm eating more now than I ever have... and its expensive too. About $60 in fruit and veggies every 5 days. I haven't really looked much further into the diet, but I'm trying to eat low-energy dense foods like fruits (high in water, or high in fiber, not in calories).
Planning on a trip South. Haven't been to Georgia in years, so I'm planning on a trip in May. Don't know anyone down there anymore, not really, but I do have business contacts/vendors that have been telling me to come see them for a few years, so I'm now telling them that I'll be stopping by. For the most part plan to live out of my SUV, except for showers and such of course....
Maybe there's someone along the way to stop and see... haven't put much thought into it. Have invited someone to go with me, but ya never know...
I'll try to be on more.. like this weekend maybe.

I'd think that 60$ worth of fruits and veggies in a week would be running a fair amount of sugar and acid through your mouth. Does the diet mention any longterm concerns regarding your teeth?
