well running went well i didn't go to far, i did go to the gym though got my swol on. just stoped a fight in the barracks damn Marines. not realy morning people. oh well busy week only like 6 more days till feild op in Russia. damn it's gonna be cold. went out and got drunk lastnight suprised, i'm not. need to stop but it's so good.well time for work

Running is awesome, I like to run. I run on the first street of my town with a friend, its about a mile.
Russia eh? My grandmother is from Russia and I speak VERY poor russian. How long will you be there? Will you be able to post messages?
