I can't sleep, the valium made me sick. So I need to talk to the Dentist about that tomorrow. My jaw is unbelievably sore.

What is another version of valium? Xanax?

I hate how Dr.'s always say Oh the drug wears off in about 4 hours. (Not for me! I'm hypersensitive to drugs.) I went and had a Novocain shot into my jaw around 11 am. I could still feel the tingly drooly lip/cheek action happening till well after I was home around 6pm.

I was reading up on tmj, it is somewhat common. I just seemed to overdue it of course by chipping away at teeth and my jaw bone. No solids for at least two weeks. Only soft mushy foods. So I made myself a huge crock pot full of homemade turkey noodle soup. yum. It's going to be really good because I used the left over carcass from the turkey I cooked last week. (Can you tell I'm hungry?)
