Bah! Chronic fatigue syndrome has struck again... It seems to have kicked in when the clocks change, every year for the last four years now!
For anybody who's not familiar with it, it's where your poor overworked adrenal glands (or gland in my case) start to go on strike, and all of a sudden you're not producing the hormones you need to respond well to change, upheaval, stress, prolonged effort, loud noise, etc...and you find your concentration and memory shot to pieces. Which is obviously great when you have to work to pay a mortgage on a one-bedroom flat.
This means cutting out running, swimming, smoking, drinking, chasing cars and barking at them, and just about everything else fun. Feck arse.
But on the up side, there's good old SG and tai chi to look forward to... not to mention a bunch of anime recommendations to work through. (Cheers Creamy G...)
Drink your beers, smerk ya tabs and spare a thought for Swish-Hips at home with his chicken soup. Oy vey!
