Had a bit of a breakthrough with the old tai chi this week... a little tilt of the shoulders, and no more toppling over when I do kicks! Not easy waving a foot around and staying upright when the kick lasts two and a half hours.
So now I kick ass in slow motion. Let's hope the next guy who jumps me is half-man, half-three-toed-sloth...
Had a good meditation sit too. If you're having a good sesh, sometimes your top half starts waving about like a snake being charmed out of a basket... next stop levitation?
That reminds me of the only recurring dream I ever remember. I once figured out that you can hover then fly, by clenching the muscles under your armpits really hard... The harder you squeeze, the higher you hover.
Has anybody else actually tried this after a few beers? Hint... don't bother
