So today I had off it was a nice day and I went for a walk to get some exercise, later on the same evening I decided to do the same exact walk, this time at the end my roommate mapped out the route and checked the calories seems it's a bit over 1.6 miles and burns 220 calories, I then did the walk again to check the time. Seems I do it in roughly 23 minutes. So today I walked 4.8 miles and burned 660 calories.
I need to get some running shoes because now that I see what I did I want to start a better workout.
