Tomorrow before I go to work I have to take Pippy to the vet to have her put to sleep, if she makes it through the night which I think may be unlikely.
By in large she has been my best friend for as long as I can remember, she would wait for me to get home by sleeping on my chair where she knew I would return to, or sleep somewhere in a room I had been hanging out in alot. She never cried, she was the perfect lap cat who never clawed or scratched you, she just laid in your lap and purred.
I Always knew that one day age would catch up with her and with cats it's usually very sudden, she was extremely healthy up to the very end I loved her with all my heart and soul, more than I have ever allowed myself to love another human being perhaps.
And to make matters even more interesting there were just three gunshots in the neighborhood.......

unfortunately i am not able to make the cookout, because my adorable little sister is in town and i have to sit around and watch "Degrassi" with her.

My condolences about your feline family member. That's really tough, and I seem to be hearing about too many people losing their pets.
