Is the prozac kicking in yet? What kind of dosage are you on? Are you getting any other therapy too? You might need to mention this other stuff when you next see a doctor. Good Luck though, it's tough going.

Im on Dothiepin, 75mg... 14 tablets. I think its once every night. I dont think its working, i certainly dont feel any better, probably worse! And im having no therapy either. Bleh

Hey, hope you're ok. This "putting on a brave face" thing is kind, but you *need* to make sure you're ok too. I hope you will be ok. Good Luck with the medication. They can have odd side effects, but those often drop off after a while. And you have to take them for ages until they have an effect. Take care.
