Ah, but you know what? You can NOT get a good breakfast sausage in this town. Actually... not to talk smack about your hometown or anything, but compared to Philly the food selection leaves a bit to be desired.

But Denver, I'm finding, has a fabulous music scene. I've heard of 16 horsepower, but I don't think they've been playing lately. I actually first heard that guy's voice on a Munly (from Slim Cessna's Auto Club) CD, and was absolutely blown away. There's a lot of good local music to be had!

i absolutely love the warlock pinchers. i lived in boise till just recently. we (myself, my boyfriend at the time and his band/friends) hung out with them quite a bit after the show. sold out show at the crazy horse..it was PACKED and people were listening outside that couldn't get in. scratchie and i were playing that game where you slap each other's hands till one concedes. i proudly had bruises on my hands for weeks. it was also interesting to have naked men flapping 5 feet in front of me while completely rocking the fuck out. i still listen to them all the time.

i love denver too. i have lots of family in that area. my husband and i were just there over the summer and loved being there. it reminds me of boise, but bigger and more stuff to do.

i like adult swim too.
