What a great day!! I learned how to be a better manager and write informative and balanced employee evaluations.

It sort of beat real work and we got coffee all day as well as bagels and cookies. What more could I ask for on a Wednesday? Unfortunately the title of tomorrow's course is The Courageous Follower. I'm not looking forward to it at all, unless you count the possible coffee, bagels and cookies.
