@rainbowfour Injury was the reason I put on the weight. Tore bicep. Took 2 years to recoup. Take it slow, a big portion is diet and cardio.

yeah man I miss running, I used to do a lot but knee not up to it currently, Physio says it has to be a few months before i can. SO I am rowing and cycling. That must have sucked man, two years, no training, must have been hard for you to start back. I am taking it slow man, I ain't no spring chicken anymore, lol, I so have to nurse my injuries to full health. It feels good to be training again.
